How can I track my order?
Once your order ships they will email you a shipping confirmation which will include your tracking information. Clicking that link will take you to your carrier’s tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve already placed it?
If you have placed an order but have not yet received an email saying your order has shipped, contact them and they will do their best to accommodate you. If the order has already shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible. If you are trying to make an exchange after you have placed your order but before it has shipped, they will cancel your order and have you re-order the new item you are wishing to purchase.
Does your products have a warranty?
All products sold on Airistech come with a standard manufacturer defect warranty. During this warranty period, they will repair or replace your defective item. The battery warranty period is 6 months from the date of delivery and the Dry Herb Vape warranty period is one year from date of delivery.
What is your return policy?
You may return an unused item in its original packaging including hang tags. If you have questions about returns or are unsatisfied with your items, please contact them.
How will I be refunded?
All purchases will be refunded via their original payment methods.
