Orders shipped outside of Australia, excluding them, are not inclusive of duties and taxes and will be shipped DDU (delivery duty unpaid). You are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the country requirements where the order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment will be required to release your order.
bassike is not responsible for the payment of this duty. For more information on any customs and duties that may be incurred, please contact your local customs office.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. For international orders, you will receive a DHL shipment email with your AWB number and tracking details.
Once your return has been received please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation by email.
bassike are unable to facilitate exchanges through their online store, if you wish to exchange your purchase for an alternate item they recommend requesting a credit voucher for your return to place your new order.
Please note while bassike experience delays with dispatching your items, their returns period has been extended to 30 days. bassike continue to offer free returns on all orders within Australia and the united states during promotional periods.
Your refund will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original order. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately, they are unable to influence this.
if you have used a gift voucher to make your purchase, you will be issued a new credit voucher valid for 6 months and redeemable at bassike stores and online.
