What do I do if my package says delivered and it’s not here?
They are so sorry this is happening to you but they are confident it will show up.
Please understand that USPS sometimes scans the packages as they are put into the truck, not exactly when they are delivered. They understand this can be confusing but in most cases, if you wait a day or two the package shows up.
If a package is not delivered within the next 1-3 days, please walk inside your local post office (don’t call) for immediate assistance with your package. They also recommend checking in with neighbours, front desk, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or anywhere the package may have been delivered.
