How do I track my package?
they will notify you of your tracking information via your Bellelily account or through your e-mail when your order is shipped. They are trying our best to speed up the process, making sure your packages arrive as soon as possible. Tracking info will be updated online when customs clearance completed.

* Due to the stock status, your items may be shipped out separately via several parcels.

* If you find more than one Tracking Number, they have shipped the order in multiple parcels.
* Items with the same tracking number will be in one parcel and should arrive at the same time.
* If you are missing an item that was included in a parcel please contact them.
