Blueland accepts Shop Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Where does Blueland deliver?
Blueland ships to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and United Kingdom.
How do I track my order?
Go to your Account page and click on the order you’re interested in tracking. You’ll find the order number next to each of the items that have shipped. Once they ship your order, they’ll also send you an e-mail with your tracking information so you’ll have it on hand.
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been processed?
Unfortunately, they can’t cancel or change your order once it’s been placed. But contact them at help@blueland.com or text them M - F from 9 am - 9 pm EST at 779.242.2525 and they’ll help you figure out what Blueland can do.
How do I return my order?
Returns are eligible within 60 days of purchase. If you’d like to return your order you can begin that process here. If you have any further questions, please click “Contact Us” at the bottom of their homepage to send them a message.
When will I see my refund?
Your refund should post to your credit card statement 5 - 7 days after they’ve received and processed your return.
