What is the payment method?
Chaads accepts Amex, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google pay, JCB, Master Card, Shop Pay, and Visa.
Where do you ship?
All orders are shipped out of their Burbank, CA warehouse to locations everywhere in the US, Canada, and the United Kingdom. P.O. boxes are fine, and they also ship to all military locations via DPO, FPO, and APO addresses.
Please note: Depending on the shipping destination, your package may be subject to taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority and/or the preferred carrier in your country.
What if my product arrived damaged?
Anything that leaves the Chaads warehouse has been thoroughly checked by their quality control team. If, however, you received a product that was damaged, please contact them via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will make it right.
How long do orders take to process/ship?
Orders placed with standard shipping are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/ and major holidays). US domestic orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive within 2-7 business days. International orders (outside the US) are shipped via Globegistics and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 weeks, excluding customs clearance and any transit delays that may arise from that process. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are estimated to arrive within 7 business days. Orders shipped to Guam and APO/FPO addresses are estimated to arrive within 10 business days. All timeframes listed above are estimates.
How do I cancel my order?
Contact them within one hour of placing your order to cancel. If, however, your order has shipped then cancellation of that order will not be possible.
How long does my refund take to process?
Refunds typically take up to 5-7 business days to reflect back on your account. This is an estimate, however, as each bank pretty much operates on its own timeline. If you want the best answer, they recommend you contact your bank directly.
