All returns are subject to a 20% return policy restocking fee. Product exchanges are accepted if the product you received from Cigar Manor is not the correct item or it is received damaged. Cigar Manor will first exchange this with the exact same product & SKU if available. If the shipment is received damaged, please notify the carrier upon receipt. If the package is delivered to your chosen address and no person is available to receive, proof of damage must be registered with the delivery service within three (3) days of receiving the damaged product.
