What if I have accidentally put the wrong delivery address on my order?
If the address is wrong on your order and it has not been processed for dispatch, then please contact Creightons at support@Creightons.com so they can amend this for you. If your order has been dispatched, unfortunately, they are unable to amend the address. They would advise you to get in touch with the courier service confirmed in your dispatched confirmation email and ask for a redirect.
My parcel has arrived damaged, what should I do?
All damaged packages must be reported to Creightons within 2 business day of receiving your parcel to email@example.com. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all delivery issues have been resolved.
Can I exchange my item or not?
Items may be exchanged within the 14-day returns period and outside the 14-day period if defective. If you need to exchange please send them an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I be refunded?
If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, they will process the calculated refund within 7 days of receiving your returned goods. Provided that you have returned the goods to Creightons in their original condition within 14 working days from delivery to you or you notifying them of cancellation, you will receive email notification of your refund from their Customer Service Team. If you have requested an exchange or replacement on your Returns note, this will be processed within approx. 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
