What is the return policy?
Due to the personal nature of their products, they are unable to accept returns; nor will they administer an exchange for a product unless the item is defective. Any product that is opened (meaning the seals have been broken) and/or has come into contact with any body part or bodily fluid will not be accepted and will be deemed non-resalable. This is for the well-being and happiness of their customers and their staff.
What is the policy for the claim?
Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
What if my defective item arrived more than 30 days ago?
After the first initial 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. You can access the manufacturers’ contact information by visiting their websites.
Can I cancel my order for a refund?
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse the package upon delivery or mark the package RETURN TO SENDER and bring it to your local drop-off facility to send it back to their warehouse. After your returned package is received, confirmed by them that it is unused/unopened, and processed, they will issue a refund followed by email notification to the address they have on file.
