Can I change or cancel an order?
When an order is sent to them from their site, they are generally unable to change or cancel your order. The order is automatically processed as soon as you press “Place Order.” You may contact them if you wish to make a change.
However, due to the above, they cannot guarantee your order will be changed. If you need to change/exchange or return an item that you ordered in error, please return it to them as soon as you receive it. If you want to add an item to a recently placed order, please place a new order.
What’s your policy on returns?
Returns processed 30 days or more from date of shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
If you are the recipient of a gift, please provide your full name, shipping address and email address (if available).
At your request, gift cards are available for all exchanges made prior to 30 days from date of shipment.
