These items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, they’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns.
