Can I exchange the item?
Kappa currently does not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the above return process for a refund.
How can I return the item?
All returns must have a valid RA# (Return Authorization) within 30 days of receipt. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused.
To obtain an RA#, email [email protected] and provide the following:
* Order number
* Date your package was received
* Reason for the return (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase, fit…etc.)
* What product(s) you are returning
Once you obtain your RA# and address of where to send your return, indicate the RA# clearly on the box. You are responsible for return shipping, they recommend choosing a method with tracking as insurance. Please send them your tracking number, so that they may follow the return.
When will I receive my refund?
When the returned products are received and have passed inspection, you will receive a full refund from the original order. An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been issued.
