How can I have it delivered?

Lechuza aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. If an order item is on backorder you will receive it within 7-10 working days. Most orders are shipped via premium service provided by DPD Local DPD with a 1-hour slot given on the day of delivery. Heavy and bulky items are shipped via pallet carrier Palletforce pallet force kerbside and delivered on the nominated delivery date.

How can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving reasons. The right of withdrawal is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform their LECHUZA customer service department in writing within 30 days.

How do I return an item?

You can return an item to their customer service department. The item must be in its original packaging and unused, the return address will be on the bottom of your invoice. Please make sure that it is packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
