Delivery or collection of products. During the order process, Lightwave will let you know when they will provide the products to you.

Where the products are goods, a valid signature may be required on collection or delivery.

• Collection by you of goods. If Lightwave has agreed that you can collect the goods from their premises, you may collect them in person during normal opening hours.
• Delivery of goods. Lightwave will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that the address you provide is accurate and they do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the goods delivered in accordance with your instructions (unless caused by their negligence). Lightwave will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence. In any event, they will aim to deliver your goods within 14 days from the day after the day Lightwave received your order, unless agreed otherwise. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, they will contact you and either agree on a mutually acceptable alternative date or offer you a full refund.

Reasons Lightwave may suspend the supply of products to you

Lightwave may have to suspend the supply of a product to:

Lightwave will contact you to tell you they are suspending the supply of the products. They will not suspend the products where you dispute the unpaid invoice (see clause 14.7). Lightwavewill not charge you for the products during the period for which they are suspended. As well as suspending the products they can also charge you interest on your overdue payments.

Lightwave’s policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, Lightwave can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Lightwave also does not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
