How to return the goods?
To make the return, the Customer must return the items received by courier to Corso Secondigliano 134. Furthermore, the customer can contact them by giving their order number to receive assistance in this regard. They will instantly communicate instructions, methods, and times for processing the return procedure. The shipping costs of the goods to be returned will be, as per current legislation, charged to the customer and non-refundable. The Customer must return the items intact, unused, with their original packaging and, for better management of the return by Mina Store, attach the return email in the package.
How is the return refunded?
The Customer will be refunded within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods by Mina Store. The refund will be made for an amount equal to the cost of the products purchased and returned, to which a flat-rate shipping cost of €5.00 will be subtracted. The refund will be made through the same payment method chosen by the Customer during the purchase and once the payment has been received, in the case of cash on delivery. However, the Customer who paid by cash on delivery will be reimbursed, at his choice, by bank transfer or via PayPal. In case of payment with PayPal, the refund will be made by re-crediting the Customer’s Paypal account. If the aforementioned methods for returning the goods are not respected, Mina Store reserves the right not to accept the return and not to make a refund.
