Shipping generally takes 3-4 business days, unless you order a PreOrder Item. In which case, the estimated ship date will be listed on the PreOrder Item listing.

What is the exchange policy?
Simply purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out) Send your unwanted item back within 20 days to receive a full refund. All unwanted items must be received within the 20-day window, no exceptions will be made.
What is the return policy?
You have 20 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. Please include your name and order number, as well as why you are returning the item. The item must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear or damage). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, in which case they ask that you please contact them immediately. If an item is received after the 20-day policy, or they find signs of wear or damage, the package will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
