What is the payment method?
Minimo Skin Essentials accepts VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover Card, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
When will I get my tracking number?
USPS and FedEx visit their warehouse throughout the day, Monday-Friday. Once the package is scanned into their system, tracking emails are sent out through their automated system. You can also review tracking information by logging into your account at myminimo.com.
Do you ship on the weekends?
No, all orders are processed for shipment Monday - Friday.
I just ordered, how do I change my shipping address?
Please contact them at customerservice@myminimo.zendesk.com or call them at 1-877-845-1335 Monday - Friday 9-5CST. If the order has not been shipped, they can update the shipping address. If the order has already been shipped, they will give you instructions on how to re-route your package with the shipping carrier.
