What is the returns policy?
If you change your mind you’re welcome to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery or the date of your purchase in-store. It must be in its original condition and resalable. They do not accept returns of any item that has been monogrammed unless it is deemed faulty. Any made to order pieces purchased will also not be accepted, unless faulty. Signature on delivery to MON Purse is required. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and notify them of your intention to return due to a change of mind.
What if I receive a faulty product?
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit MON Purse will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email email@example.com with your order number and photographs of the faulty product. Once approved please email a copy of your postage costs, along with bank account details or PayPal account details and they will transfer the shipping costs to your account.
How do I get a refund?
You will have your refund credited to the original payment and purchase method. This includes gift vouchers and products redeemed via a gift voucher. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
