Q: How can I exchange the item?

Odd Molly cannot administrate exchanges of items that are purchased from their webshop. Return the ordered item by following the instructions above. As soon as they have handled your return you will receive a refund via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If you wish another size or color, please place a new order.

Q: What if I receive faulty items?

When they ship your items, they do their best to make sure they are in perfect condition. However, in case you receive a damaged or defective item please send them a picture immediately where they can clearly see the defect and explain the fault. Send the picture attached in an e-mail to support@oddmolly.com and they will get back to you as soon as possible. Your claim shall be made directly when you discover the defect, within a reasonable time. They only accept claims that are caused by manufacturing faults. Products that are damaged as a result of daily wear are not considered to be faulty. They can only handle faulty garments from orders that are purchased in their webshop. If they agree to accept your claim they will send you a new return label by e-mail to use when sending back the faulty garment. Please do not use the return label provided in your package, as general returns and faulty garments are handled separately.

Q: When will I get my refund?

It may take up to 14 days from the day that you have returned your product until you will receive your refund. Please note that a few additional days may occur during their sale period. As soon as they have handled your return you will receive an automated confirmation by e-mail. If you have made your purchase via invoice via Klarna and are going to make a return, they recommend that you go to Klarna's portal and report your return. Once you have done this, your invoice will be paused for 21 days/until they have registered your return. When they have registered your return, Klarna will be notified immediately and will update and send out your new invoice by email.

Q: What is the return policy?

You may return your order within 30 days after you have received the order, provided that the product is in its original condition and with all labels attached. The item may not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Odd Molly reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not pass their quality control.
