Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left their distribution center. Please allow for 1-3 business days for processing at their distribution center according to their stock before your order is shipped. Within 24 hours on working days (Monday~Friday: 9:00 am to 18:30 pm, GMT+8:00). Within 72 hours on weekends and holidays.

In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please send an email to service-us@onforuled.com immediately with the following information: * Your order number * Which item is damaged * Photographic evidence Please do not return any damaged goods at the beginning unless advised by a member of their support team, it may result in a slower resolution time. Onforu’ll offer you the best resolution scheme. If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it straight to customer support. *All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Q: What is the return policy?

Onforu accept return on products. Customers have the right to apply for return within 30 days after the receipt. *Customers should pay the shipment if there is no quality problem on the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. Onforu will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
