Am I able to track my package?
Tracking information is available in a few different areas! If you elected to receive tracking confirmation and your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you when available.
Am I able to update my company name using my Account Dashboard?
They want to make sure your changes are made securely and accurately. If you want to update the company name on your account, give Accounting a call at 800.745.8800, ext. 121.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
For orders less than $20.00, there is a $3 handling fee.
How do I cancel / change my order?
Your satisfaction is our priority. They will make every effort to change or cancel your order if your order has not been processed. However, once processed, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Are shipping and handling charges refundable?
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Unfortunately, they are unable to refund shipping and handling costs.
