Silverts accepts VISA and Mastercard.
What if my product is missing but still shows as delivered?
To find a missing package that shows as delivered:
* Verify the shipping address
* Look for a notice of attempted delivery
* Look around the delivery location for your package
* See if someone else accepted the delivery
* Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
* Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival
If your order is 36 hours past the expected delivery date, please contact Silverts.
Is my shipment late?
Delivery estimates provided during checkout are based on adding Silverts internal processing time for in-stock orders plus the delivery time provided by Silverts carriers. This transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don’t count toward the transit time (unless they have specifically offered a weekend delivery during checkout). Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit time.
What if my item is damaged during transit?
If a package is damaged on its way to you, the shipper may return it to Silverts without attempting delivery.
What if I am not satisfied with my products?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to Silverts in saleable condition within 60 days. Returns are accepted by Regular Mail only.

* They are unable to accept returns with altered merchandise.
* Please allow 2-4 weeks processing time once return merchandise has been received.
* For your convenience, you can purchase a return shipping label for only $9.95
* Shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Returns without an RMA number on the outside of the returning package will not be processed.
