They only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send them an email at Customerservice@thewellstore.com.au.
To complete your return, they require a receipt (order number) or proof of purchase. If the item is faulty, significantly different from what was described, or otherwise required by law they will provide you with an exchange or refund. For all other cases including change of mind, their policy lasts 30 days, all items must be in a new unopened and unused saleable condition. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately they can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened saleable condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
