They can only ship to U.S. addresses at this time, but they may have an alternative that works for you. If you have family or friends traveling from the U.S. to your wedding who can transport the cameras, they would be happy to ship your package to them.
You can cancel up to 90 days before your event for a partial refund. All packages have a $50.00 non-refundable fee. After 90 days, they cannot issue a refund.
COVID-19 Policy: They know COVID-19 has impacted many weddings due to capacity restrictions, guests being unable to travel, and more.
Their COVID-19 policy is as follows:
You can change your date 1 time at no charge. If you need to change your date any more times than that, a $50 change fee will be assessed for each additional change. Once you have changed your date, there will be no refunds given for any reason.
They cover general wear and tear but, by signing their terms and conditions, you agree to pay for a replacement if the cameras are lost or damaged. However, please be extra careful with the cameras, as if they are broken, they usually cannot recover any footage. If a replacement fee is to be assessed, it will depend on the market value of the device.
Your cameras will be delivered the Wednesday before your wedding and they ask that you send them back by the Tuesday after your wedding.
