What is the payment method?
Brake Performance accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, an email is sent to you containing a copy of your order and order number. When your order ships, you will also receive an email from Brake Performance with your tracking numbers. You can check your delivery schedule on their website under “Order Tracking” and enter your order number, name, or email address to track your order. Alternatively, you can go to ups.com and track it from there.
How long will my order take to deliver?
For Performance Rotors, 24-72 business hours before shipping in order to allow for the Custom Zinc Plating process. All other products ship out 24-48 business hours. On their shipping page, you will see a map that will show the UPS delivery times in the US.
Can I select a faster shipping option?
Brake Performance offer overnight, 2-day, and 3-day UPS shipping. Their shipping options page will give you all of the different choices and costs. Expedited shipping options are not eligible for Brake Performance‘s Free Shipping.
How does your lifetime warranty work?
If you have an issue with any of their Lifetime Warranty products, simply ship the product back to them and they will ship you out a new replacement, no questions asked. Refer to their “warranty/policies” section at the bottom of the page, and click on “product warranties” for more information.
What is the return policy?
Allow their customers to return or exchange unused, incorrect or defective items purchased from them as long as a request is made within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of product. Once the request is made, the product must be shipped back within 60 days, or the request will be void, and the product cannot be returned. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return it for a refund so long as you follow the guidelines listed below. Once an item has been installed on a vehicle, it cannot be returned unless it is defective.
What is the refund policy?
Any refund or credit approval will be credited to your Paypal account or credit card within 5 to 7 business days. Please be aware that your bank may take 5-10 business days to post to your credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 14 days, please email their customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
