Indigo delivers to limited countries only. You can find your country on the checkout page.
How can I track my order?
If you’re already signed in to your Indigo account. Just check your order history to track the status of your package.
*If you placed your order as a guest.
Just look up your order to see its status. You will need to enter the following:
* Your order number
* The phone number you used to place the order
* The postal code for the delivery address
How can I cancel my order?
Once an order is in process, you can view your Order History to request a cancellation. They will confirm your request if successful, usually within one business day. If your order is already in the process they may not be able to cancel it. If you’re unable to cancel an order, you can always return any items for a full refund within 30 days of the date of shipment.
