Where can I find my membership number?
Your membership number is generated a few hours after registering for online ordering. Once you are registered, your membership number may be found by logging into the website and clicking on ‘Welcome’ and then ‘My Personal Information’. The number will be displayed on the left under ‘General Information’.
If you are not registered for online ordering, your membership number can be found on the top right of your invoices. It may be labelled ‘customer number’.
I cannot order through the App, what is wrong?
Do you have the latest update of the app? If not - update and try again. Sometimes it can also help to delete the app from your device and then reload it. If this does not work, contact Nespresso and make sure to take a screenshot of the error message/error code.
My order status has been “in preparation” or “pending” for a few days now. Why?
No need to worry. Nespresso understands that the current delivery delays are longer than expected and they apologise for the inconvenience. If your order is still “in preparation” or “pending”, it means that it is awaiting preparation or that it will soon be prepared for dispatch. Thank you for your patience.
My integrated milk frother does not give a good milk froth anymore, why?
Always be sure to get a nice and full-bodied milk foam from your integrated milk frother, there are some things to think about; the milk foam is affected by the milk frother itself. Always make sure that it is well cleaned and works as it should. The quality of the milk foam also depends on the milk you use, always make sure to use fresh and cold milk in your milk frother.
I am having technical issues with my machine. What steps are available to resolve this?
