How do I find out what is happening with my order?
They think it is important to keep in regular contact with their customers as their order progresses and their jewellery is made. They will send you to update emails at various points throughout the process to let you know exactly how they’re getting on with your order. To make sure that these emails do not end up in your spam/junk folder please add them to your address book.
I don’t like what you’ve made, can I return it for a refund?
