I want to cancel a booking. How can I do it?
To cancel a booking, click on Account, and then click on “find my booking”, enter your email address with your booking reference number which starts with TPX. If the booking is cancellable, click on Cancel Now to cancel your booking and the refund will be initiated right away.
How long is my ticket valid for?
Your tickets are valid for the time and date stated.
Can I reschedule a booking?
Cancellations & reschedule policies of a booking are based on the experience that has been booked.
If the booked experience, allows rescheduling then their support heroes can assist you with rescheduling the booking within the limits of the reschedule policy. If the booked experience doesn’t allow rescheduling, unfortunately, you will not be able to reschedule the booking for another date.
Certain bookings are open-dated with a flexible usage policy within 3-6 months of purchase. If that is the case, then you will be able to keep your ticket and use it on another day if you cannot visit on the planned date.
Can I cancel a booking?
Each activity has a different cancellation policy listed by its local partners. Depending on the particular activity booked, you can request cancellation as per the cancellation policy. In order to know, if your booking is cancellable, go to your account and click on “find my booking”. Enter your email address with your booking reference number which starts with TPX, and you will be able to view your booking. Cancel your booking if applicable.
