All return items must be received by the BuddyLove Returns Department within 30 days from the date purchased in order to be eligible for a refund.

Return items must be in their unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached (if applicable). Jewelry and Intimates are all FINAL sales.

Babe Boxes are FINAL SALE, however, they will make size exchanges within 14 days. Please email Taylor@buddylove.com to make an exchange.

The BuddyLove staff will determine if the item is eligible for a return and/or refund. Clothing returned that is not in compliance with their return policy will be refused.
