What is the payment method?

CGear Sand-Free prices do not include relevant overseas duties or other customs charges that may be incurred and are beyond their control. You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it. All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to authorize payment to ventolation.com we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. They take all reasonable care to make their site secure.
How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Do you offer a discount for veterans and active military?
Yes, they thank you for your service. They offer a 10% discount for veterans and active military. Please type in your military ID in order to redeem this discount at check out.
What if I received damaged/defective items?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at cs@mdreams.com. Please supply the order number, item number, photo of defect products, and return reason from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. CGEAR-SANDFREE.COM will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at cs@mdreams.com. Please have your order number available when you send an email. Once we receive the goods, they will email you notification of your refund or exchange. They will process your request as fast as they can. Guaranteed!
Can I amend/cancel my order?
Change of order or cancellation is not allowed after confirmation. NOTE: If you are unsure of anything, please don't hesitate to get in touch with them, they will be so delighted to help you.
How to Return an Item?
If you wish to return an item, please e-mail to cs@mdreams.com and provide a sales invoice number and a return tracking number. You will get a Return Sales number by return. Standard Return Shipping. Use your own shipping method: Repack the item(s) you wish to return securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Write Return Sales number on a piece of A4 paper and ship along with the goods.
If you use a carrier of your choice, we recommend that returns be shipped by an insured and traceable method.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. They do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
