When will my order ship?
Orders placed with standard shipping will ship in 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping will be dispatched on the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, they will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered?
Ettitude take extreme care in ensuring their goods are of the highest quality. If you experience an issue or error, they want to make it right. Please contact the care team at email@example.com with a photo, a written description of the issue and your order number. They are more than happy to replace any goods that are deemed to be faulty.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to the original source of payment, excluding any applicable delivery fees. Please allow up to two weeks from warehouse receipt for returns to be processed.
