Can I Return Personalised Products?
Unfortunately, due to the bespoke nature of personalized goods, they are unable to accept returns for them. Only items that are deemed to be faulty by Frugi can be exchanged or refunded.
Can I Add to an Existing Order?
They are sorry but itβs not possible to add to your order. The Frugi system is fully automated which means your order has already been sent to their warehouse for processing. If your order has not yet been despatched they can cancel it and you can place a new one.
