Please note that a ticket can be printed several times, but the ticket can only be used once. If several copies of the same ticket are presented at the entrance control, only the first ticket whose barcode is scanned will be considered valid.
I would like to give the tickets as a gift but I only entered my name when ordering, how does it work?
It is not possible to change the name on the ticket, however, you can give a photocopy of your ID and a proxy letter to the spectator.
They invite you to provide a power of attorney and a copy of your ID to the person who will be attending the event so that they can prove that they know the buyer. Rest assured, this will not cause any problems in gaining access to the venue.
