What is the payment method?
Homesick accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal - they do not accept cash, check, Venmo, Bitcoin, or money orders.
What if my tracking number isn't working?
Don't worry, All packages take up to 24 hours to update as the carrier needs to receive the package and update it within their system after it's picked up from our warehouse, so it's likely your package will update by the end of the day. If there are any outstanding issues after 48 hours please contact them and they'll look into the situation.
How long does shipping take?
Please note all of their orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours before they are shipped out.
Domestic Shipping:
Here at Homesick, they offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, standard ground, and expedited shipping. Their standard shipping typically takes anywhere from 2-7 business days, although it's normally on the quicker end of that spectrum, Standard ground shipping is a bit faster at 2-5 business days, and in terms of Expedited shipping, they offer a 2-3 business day shipping rate so that your package will arrive as quickly as possible, as well as a 1-2 day option for overnight orders.

International Shipping:
Depending on the location selected, international shipping typically takes up to two weeks to arrive, although it's usually quicker than that.
What if my candle arrived damaged?
They take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives in you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage does occur in transit. If this has happened, please send them an email at help@homesick.com with the following:
Photos of the packaging and candle if possible
Quantity of broken candles as well as the order number (ex. HSC#) and we'll send a replacement ASAP.
Please ask for a refund OR a replacement If you feel your candle has a manufacturer defect, please follow the steps above so they can solve your issue as quickly as possible.
How can I return or exchange my order?
To start the refund process, be sure to head to https://homesickcandles.loopreturns.com/ with your order number (be sure to include the HSC) and the zip code associated with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase if the candle is in the original condition and packaging. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, they cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.
Their returns website makes returning an item easily and hassle-free. You will be able to review items that are eligible for a return, shop their store with credit and select a new candle. If you elect to return your candle completely, you can print your prepaid label, review your refund estimate and track the package back to their warehouse.
They are committed to processing refunds quickly, so you will likely receive notice of your refund within hours of your return arriving in their warehouse. Refunds can take 1-2 weeks to be reflected in your account. Of course, they are always here if you need any help along the way.
