I have got Wrong invoice and duplicate request?
Please note your invoice will be issued 1 day after your order ships and the date cannot be amended due to compliance requirements. In the event of an error or if you require a duplicate invoice you can contact their post-sales team who will be happy to assist.
How to cancel an order that hasn’t been shipped yet?
HP Store pride themselves on their quick turnaround time and this means there is only a small window to cancel your order before it ships. Although they will try their best to assist you they cannot guarantee they will be able to cancel your order in time. You can cancel items or orders that haven’t been shipped from their warehouse by visiting the My Orders area of the site.
Do I get the confirmation email?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a summary email confirming that they have received your order. Once they have performed the necessary payment and security checks your order will be accepted and you will receive an order acknowledgement confirmation email including the estimated delivery date.
