You can return your MATEK purchase for a full refund if unworn with all tags still on the garment(s) within 14 days of purchasing. *Unworn means no signs of wear, no visible dirt, hairs, or makeup stains. The returned garment must be in pristine condition to be resold. Returns that do not meet their policy will not be accepted for refund. To request a return or exchange please email hi@matek.clothing and they will respond with a return label. Shipping within the US is complimentary on all exchanges. Once received and approved your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Once you create and purchase order you will receive an order confirmation email and then a shipment confirmation email. This email will include a link that will direct you to the updated tracking information.

If you would like to change anything in your order please cancel your existing order ASAP and create a new order with the correct items. They ship all orders after 24-48 hours. If they have already shipped your order before you make the change you will have to re-order and return the original order they sent you.
