Peltz Shoes accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Peltz Shoes is required by law to collect sales tax for states in which we have a legal obligation to do so. The appropriate sales and use tax will be added to your merchandise total as required by statute.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Peltz Shoes process orders daily. You can expect your shipment in 3 to 10 business days. If an item is on backorder, they will notify you immediately with an updated ETA.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Peltz Shoes offers Second Day delivery however it may not be available on all products.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact their Customer Service Department at 727-977-5400 immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders as shipped very soon after placement and may not always be possible to cancel.
What is your return policy?
Peltz Shoes wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Peltz. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, they will accept returns (sorry, they do not accept exchanges) under the policies below.
When using the return label service, $6.00 will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive and process your return. Return label service is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territory shipments. Please read our return policy in full before sending back your products to avoid any delays or issues.
