When will I receive my order?
Priority Bicycles are sent on all business days from their warehouse in Pennsylvania. All orders received by 12:00 EST will be shipped out that business day.

What is your return policy?
Priority Bicycles will accept all non-final-sale returns within 30 days of purchase, assuming the bicycle is returned in like-new condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and reboxing costs. If the bicycle is returned for any reason other than a product defect, the buyer is responsible for actual outbound shipping costs as well, hence the refund processed to the customer will be less the actual outbound shipping costs which were incurred by Priority Bicycles to deliver the bicycle to the customer. Returns must be re-packed in the original box with all of the original parts and packing materials (required). All other regions have no return policy due to prohibitive shipping costs. Priority Bicycles will always work with customers in any region to ensure that the bicycle they receive is free of defect and shipping damage.
