Rags strives to ship all orders, both domestic and international, within 1-3 business days of purchase. The package will leave their fulfilment centre within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. For expedited shipping, orders with items in stock will ship no later than the following business day.

Absolutely as long as the item is not final sale or past their 30-day return policy. The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to initiate a return and select the item you would like in exchange. Once you drop off your item in the mail, your exchange order will be created and sent to you.

Any unworn, unwashed product, with tags, still attached, can be returned. Items must be purchased directly from RAGS.com or an authorized retailer with proof of purchase returns must be submitted and the product received back to them within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. They do not accept used items but, they are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements.
