Vessi accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal.
How much does shipping cost?
Canada orders under $35 (before tax) - Standard shipping of $2, Orders over $35 (before tax) - Standard shipping of $0.
North America/International orders under $35 (before taxes) - Standard shipping of $5-$8, Orders over $35 (before taxes) - Standard shipping of $0.
How long does shipping take?
All orders take 1-2 business days for processing. Once this step is completed your order will ship from one of their warehouses in Chicago, IL, or Richmond, BC, and on occasion their Hong Kong warehouse. The automated shipment notification you will receive at that point will include a tracking number for you to follow your Vessis as they make their way to their new home. For their North American customers, they ship across both Canada and The United States (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska). Your order will arrive within 2-9 business days once picked up from their warehouse, depending on your location. For orders outside of North America, your order will arrive between 7-14 business days once picked up from their warehouse, depending on your exact shipping location. Please note that both processing and shipping times are based on an estimated average, and are subject to change.
How do I return/exchange my shoes?
Looking for another size, color, or simply want to return them. You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to make an exchange or return. They offer free exchanges and returns within North America. International shipping rates may apply. Before sending back your shoes to them please make sure they’re Undamaged, Unaltered, In the original box. To initiate your return or exchange, you’ll just need your order number and zip/postal code to make the request.

Once they receive your request, they will be in touch as soon as possible. Please note that after an exchange is made, the order will become a Final Sale. Any further requests will only be eligible for additional exchanges or refunds in full store credit.
How do I cancel my orders?
To cancel your order, please send an e-mail to support@vessifootwear.com so they can process that cancellation request for you asap.
I’ve returned my Vessi. When will I get my exchange/refund?
North America (Canada and USA)
Once they receive your shoes back at their warehouse, they will inspect the condition of your package. When its conditions are approved, they will send your new pair right away or they will issue your refund - depending on the option you chose. After your package arrives, please kindly allow 7-10 business days to process your returning item(s).
Outside North America (All others)
They recommend sending packages with tracking numbers so that you can see when your package arrives at their warehouse. They are not responsible for returns not received if they were shipped without a tracking number. Need some more help. They are here for you, reach them at support@vessifootwear.com. Please note that due to the quick nature of order fulfillment by their warehouse, there may be a chance that they will be unable to cancel your order.
