Please proceed to their returns portal to create a return/exchange. Select the correct reason for return/exchange in the returns portal. If the item you ordered is out of stock, you can use our "Shop Now" feature which allows you to make an exchange for another item on their website.

Items must be postmarked for return within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

For domestic customers: if you are opting for a refund, you will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee will be waived if you select exchange or store credit.

For international customers: they can only offer returns for a refund at this time (no exchanges).

Please allow up to 7 business days once your return has been delivered for their returns team to process and issue a refund or exchange. You'll receive an email confirmation letting you know that the process is complete.

If you change your mind on your original return request, please email customer support at support@shopvitality.com with your new return request for them to properly process your return.

If you have the same bank account information, your funds will automatically be rerouted to your new card. If you have completely closed out the bank account associated with your card, they recommend that you reach out to your bank, as they will have a protocol in place for this situation.
