Wicked Weasel ships within countries provided during checkout.

This is the time from when they receive your payment to when your order is dispatched. It varies according to demand and stock levels.

In some cases, the items you order may be sent from several of their warehouses, which are located in Australia and the U.S.A. If this is the case, you will receive separate tracking links for each shipment. (you are not charged any extra shipping costs in such a case, however, delivery times may vary).

Please note: orders with customisations will take up to 4 weeks to ship. All customizations are subject to fabric availability, if for some reason your desired customisation cannot be fulfilled they will be in contact via email to discuss options.

Wicked Weasel prides itself on keeping stock levels sufficient to meet their customers needs. Of course, sometimes they are unable to keep the most popular items stocked at all times, in those cases, they have an option called Back Order.

The Back Order is only available on selected ranges and styles and will provide an option to purchase at the regular price of the item, which will be placed on Back Order.

Items that are Back Ordered, will be made and shipped to you within 5 weeks of the date of your back order being placed. All other items in your order will be sent immediately to avoid any delays.
​The back ordered item(s) will be sent separately, to the same address, but at a later date - with no extra shipping costs for you.

Changes can be made within 2 hours of the time of order placement, after this time there is no guarantee that the change can be completed as the dispatching processing will have begun.

They want to make sure you get everything you want, so if you need to make any changes to your order please let them know as soon as possible.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, please return your item/s in new condition with tags attached, and they will be happy to exchange or provide a store credit up to 90 days after your order has been dispatched to you.

In the unlikely event that any of your items purchased appear to have a fault please leave the swing tags on the item(s), then make contact with them on support@wickedweasel.com including a picture or two of the item and the identified issue.
