Zoomlite ships within countries provided during checkout.

They ship orders within 2 business days of you placing the order. You will receive an email automatically once your order ships. This email will include a link to view your tracking information. This tracking usually goes live in the evening of despatch from their warehouse (please allow overnight if your tracking isn’t live on the day of despatch)

If you do not receive your order within the scheduled/estimated delivery window (do allow for seasonal delays and any other disruptions), please contact them via email and quote your order number and they will attempt to resolve the issue.

If there is an issue, please contact them ASAP upon receiving the order and make them aware of the issue.

Using your order number as the email subject reference, email them a photo and description of the issue to ensure a prompt and accurate resolution.

Please also include a photo of the front of the product so that they are able to identify the item.

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered or in some way faulty on arrival they will generally replace the item and arrange return postage.

Standard international delivery generally takes 8 to 15 business days from despatch from their Melbourne warehouse.

Express International delivery generally takes 2 to 4 business days from despatch from their Melbourne warehouse.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days from Melbourne (excluding Public Holidays). The above delivery time is an estimate only and they cannot guarantee exact dates.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to them, unused, with product packaging and tags within 30 days for a full refund of the product cost (this excludes any shipping charges). They recommend you use a tracked shipping service to return products so that you can keep an eye on their location.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Zoomlite website and must be unused and in their original condition, and sent back to Zoomlite at the expense of the customer.

Shipping costs associated with returned items are non-refundable.

Please include a copy of your purchase receipt (mentioning the order number), with a brief note describing the reason for the return. If you don’t have your receipt, please make sure you include your order number, name and address inside the parcel.

They aim to deal with refunds & returns within 2 business days of receiving the order back at their warehouse.

The transit time from your address to them will depend on where you send the parcel from and what service you use.

If you use a tracked Australia Post service, you will be able to see when it has been delivered.

Once they have processed the refund at their end, it then becomes the responsibility of the payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, After Pay, Zip Pay or Klarna) to return the money to your card or account. Please note that the processing time by the payment gateways is out of their control. Most refunds will be in your account within 2-5 business days of the refund being processed by Zoomlite.
