Yes. Herbivore Botanicals ships Internationally.
International orders (outside the US) placed through Herbivore.com are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations. Herbivore Botanicals cannot predict the costs of these fees, but they can range between 20-50% of the total cost of goods. If duties occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. They, the seller, are not responsible for these charges, nor do they reimburse any charges. Herbivore Botanicals is not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes, packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any additional package delays. If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to them. If you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, they may refund the order less any shipping paid, less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider and therefore is not refundable.
Herbivore Botanicals offers complimentary returns within 30 days of purchase. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging (if possible) and follow the steps in the Herbivore return portal. Once they receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment.
Herbivore Botanicals orders made between 31-60 days of purchase may qualify for store credit only, provided that there is at least 50% of the product remaining. To initiate a return, please contact info@herbivorebotanicals.com and a member of their Experience team will assist you.
Once a returned package is received at their facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Funds typically take between 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.

Choosing between the two offers. The newsletter signup discount of 20% off is only available on your first order, while the 25% sitewide offer is available to everyone on every order. For first time customers, the sitewide 25% discount will usually save more money than the 20% newsletter offer, but the exact saving depends on your basket total. At checkout, Herbivore Botanicals will only let one offer apply at a time, so if you have signed up for the newsletter, try entering your code first, then remove it and proceed with the automatic 25% sitewide discount to see which produces the larger saving.
