Natura Market accepts returns within 14 days of the shipping date for applicable products, with returns sent to 3650 Odyssey Drive Unit 1, Mississauga, Ontario L5N 0Y9. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or was shipped in error, in which case Natura Market will provide a return label. Approval from customer service via email is required before returning items. Refunds are contingent upon the return of the product, though in some cases, refunds may be issued based on photo confirmation of product damage. Certain items such as opened items, grocery and food products, health and personal care items, and baby care products are not eligible for return. Natura Market guarantees products will be shipped at least 30 days before their best-before date, except for certain snack and refrigerated items which must have at least 15 days remaining. Customers are advised to contact customer support if they encounter any issues with their order before disposing of the product.
