Horizon Hobby currently offers an up to 15% off selected items voucher at the top of this page, best for anyone buying full price selected products where you want the biggest percent discount. If you prefer a guaranteed cut on selected items, there is also a 10% off code, and separately you can pick clearance lines priced at $4.99 each on selected products.
Large baskets or multiple selected items: If your cart contains several full price selected items, try the up to 15% off voucher first. On a $300 order, for example, 15% off reduces the price by $45, leaving $255; the 10% code would save $30 and leave $270, so the up to 15% voucher saves more on this basket. Use the voucher at checkout to redeem the saving.
Medium baskets: For a $100 order of selected items, the up to 15% voucher takes $15 off and leaves $85, while the 10% code takes $10 off and leaves $90. The 15% voucher is better if it applies to your items; use the 10% code only if the 15% voucher does not cover the products in your cart.
Small single item purchases: On a $40 selected item, 15% off takes $6 off leaving $34, and 10% off takes $4 leaving $36. The up to 15% voucher still gives the bigger saving when it applies. If the item is not eligible for either voucher but is in the clearance lines, the clearance price of $4.99 is the cheapest option for that product.
Buying clearance items: Clearance lines are listed at $4.99 each on selected products, website only. If the item you want is part of the clearance selection, paying $4.99 will usually be far cheaper than using a percent off on a higher listed price. For example, a clearance part listed at $4.99 beats any percentage saving applied to an item with a higher price only when the clearance line is the same product.
First time shoppers and newsletter signup: Signing up for the newsletter gets you future special offers and promotions, but it is not a checkout code and is not the headline offer. Use the signup if you want to receive offers later; it does not replace the voucher you enter at checkout.
When choosing between the vouchers, compare the total after each discount and take whichever leaves the lower final price. The vouchers apply only to selected items and must be redeemed at checkout as stated. No terms on combining these offers are provided, so assume one voucher at a time unless the website says otherwise.

If customers are available when the delivery arrives and excessive damage to the packaging is visible, please REFUSE DELIVERY, and start the steps of the Claim Process. If customers were not available at the time of delivery, and find damage upon inspection, please follow the detailed steps in Claim Documentation. Customers should save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier has the right to inspect it before processing the claim. All claims should be made within 72 hours of delivery.
Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise without approval. Doing so will jeopardize the customer’s claim and may keep them from receiving credit for the return.
