Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately, KEEN is unable to ship Worldwide.
How can I cancel my order?
KEEN start to process your order as soon as it’s placed, to ensure it gets to you as quickly as possible. Due to this, there isn’t a delay that allows them time to cancel or change orders once they’re submitted. They apologize for any inconvenience.
On rare occasions, they may still are able to intercept the parcel and stop the delivery process. Please contact them either by phone or email clearly stating in the subject line ‘cancel order request’ and they will do their utmost to assist your request.
Is it possible to make an exchange?
Their warehouse does not send out exchanges automatically. If you want to exchange the item for a different color, size or an alternative style they’d kindly ask you to return your order or your items and place a new order. You will be refunded once their warehouse receives and processes your return.
If you are exchanging an item that you purchased using a promotional code that is valid for a limited time period only, you will be refunded the price paid for the item, the promotional code will not be applied to the replacement order.
What happened if I have received a damaged item?
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you can return it to them free of charge as long as it is unworn. Please select “Received Damaged Item” as a return reason when creating the return label.
What is your online return and exchange policy?
They want you to be happy with your purchase. If within 30 days of receipt of your order you are not entirely happy with your purchase from KEEN, you may return it to them. It is important that any unwanted item unless faulty is returned in a resaleable condition. Meaning that you have kept all original packaging and labels and that it is undamaged and unused.
