No, LoveShackFancy ships within the countries which are available during the checkout process.
Ground orders typically ship within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 7 business days for your order to ship if we are experiencing high volume. Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed before noon EST. They do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping. LoveShackFancy is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.
Returns within the U.S. are accepted if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Full-priced items may be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, and unworn, with tags in place. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. International Orders are final sales, with no returns or exchanges.
Due to a system limitation, they cannot add a discount code after an order is placed. The order will need to be cancelled and then placed again with the discount code applied. Please reach out to customerservice@loveshackfancy.com if you need assistance with this.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. Once your refund is processed, they will notify you via the email used to place your order.
They are currently unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
