Orders with an expedited shipping method ship as early as the same day if ordered by 2:30 pm EST. Please note: if your order is selected for manual security verification, your shipment may be delayed by up to three business days. Please place your order if you haven't already. Then message them with your order number, email address, and a copy of your tax exemption form. Mac of All Trades will notify you when processing is complete and will refund any tax paid if approved.

Because they want to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, processing occurs very fast. However, if your order has not been marked as "Shipped" they may be able to change the address and/or method. Please contact them with your request and they will attempt to process the change.

Returns may only be requested within fourteen days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Mac of All Trades issue a refund less original shipping upon return and inspection.

Refunds are processed within five business days of return. Alternatively, a store credit can be requested by customers planning to order a replacement.
